Share 2nd floor of 3-story house in nice neighborhood (College Hill). One small bedroom and larger room that was living room but may be used as a bedroom if you prefer (open to hallway). Private bathroom, only kitchen is shared. Heat/hot water included in rent amount. One off-street parking space included. About 1 mile from train station. Landlord does not allow pets.

I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself and need you to be relatively quiet as well. No parties, very limited guests. Please be responsible, clean up after yourself, pay bills on time and respect shared living space. Looking for a low-key, drama-free arrangement. If you thrive on conflict, we are not going to get along.
