We are healthy tenants, who enjoy working and have respectable fun; therefore, NO pets, NO drugs, NO alcohol, NO smoking of any kind, NO chewing tobacco, NO E-Cigarettes are allowed inside in the premises or home outdoors or front-yard/back-yard/patio/pool area.
