Reaches Place Southwest

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. There is a small fenced patio. I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom with a private bathroom. There is currently a bed and desk in the bedroom, but it can be removed if needed. The rest of the condo is furnished. You will pay rent directly to the landlord with a contract. I am located in south Huntsville off the parkway.

I am a conservative, non-drinker, and non-smoker. I am quiet and like to keep the house clean. I work 24 hour shifts every third day. I have a large, well behaved, indoor dog.
