I am renting the upper level of my townhome. Renter would live on the upper level; I would be in the basement. You would have the master BR and bath, and another BR/office space all to yourself. The space is currently furnished. Utilities and assigned parking are included. No private entrance; shared kitchen/laundry; smoking outside. About 20 min. from BWI, NSA, Balt/Annapolis. You must be employed. This is not a party house. I am looking for a stable mature individual who wants a private, quiet, safe home. No drugs, no pets. I would prefer a renter who stays 12 months or more, but this is not written in stone. Available February 1st …. $950 per month, all inclusive.

I am a retired female. I do a lot of reading/researching and like a quiet, drama free life. I have been successfully renting for 19 years; with an average stay of three years for my renters.
