About the room
I live in a beautiful house in an quiet, old Taylor Ranch neighborhood. I work from home, and spend most of my leisure time walking or riding my bike, gardening, or reading. This is the best part of Albuquerque for outdoor activities, but Old Town, Downtown and UNM are only 15 minutes away.
My rooms are upstairs, and the two rooms for rent are downstairs. I also rent them together at a reduced price. One room has a private bathroom, and the second, full downstairs bathroom is next to the other bedroom.
The house is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. There is a lot of living space, including a 400 sf dining and recreation room, a living room with a Kiva fireplace, a patio with grill, and a large, backyard and garden. (no xeriscape). The kitchen also has a bright breakfast nook.
(There are many more pictures on my Dropbox but I canβt seem to post the link here.)
Iβm pretty open and easy-going, and welcome any residents who are calm, stable, and respectful of others and of the house.

About the roomies
58 y/o m, I am a technology and business administration consultant, writer and data science student. I work from home, and spend the rest of my time with music, reading and outdoor activities. I speak a number of languages, so a multi-lingual roommate would be nice.
The other housemate is a quiet woman in her 50βs who has a cat.
