Three bedroom place. Would love to make the third bedroom a hang out room or use for entertaining and storage. Great little dog park. Two pools. Great local next to the collision.

I’m a 28 year old teacher and I have a small dog who is about 1 year old. Tends to keep to myself but loves hanging out from time to time to play games or go out to eat. I’m a huge nerd so don’t mine the clutter of collectibles. Can get a little disorganized but never a slob and keeps kitchen and common areas clean.
