You will have approximately 900 sq ft of private space in the basement of our new 2020 home (1 king bedroom, 1 bath, and living room) plus shared access to large kitchen on main floor, fully-equipped home gym in basement, upstairs laundry, backyard, espresso machine, and lots of storage space. The space is currently furnished, but furniture can be removed for longer term tenants if needed. Ample street parking available.

Located approximately at I-25/E470. Within 5 mins of large outdoor shopping center and outlet mall. About 25 mins to downtown, 25 mins to Boulder, 35 mins to Golden, and 20 mins to airport.

Rent is $1399/mo including utilities, internet, streaming subscriptions, and amenities (gym, espresso machine). Negotiable within reason. Renters insurance, security deposit required, and background check required. At move-in you will need to provide 1st and last month’s rent plus a refundable security deposit.

You would be living with my husband, Tristan, and I, both engineers in our late 20s, and our two sweet dogs (Frenchie and bully mix). We have had 4 previous tenants over the last 3 years and have loved having the company while we don’t have kids. We enjoy going out to eat, traveling, hanging out with friends, weightlifting, golfing, and skiing. Both of our jobs are hybrid, so we work both from home and from the office. The house is typically pretty quiet, but we occasionally like to entertain (Super Bowl, 4th of July, Friendsgiving). You’ll usually find us hanging out with the dogs on the main floor where our living room and kitchen is located, but we also have another living room upstairs where we hang out when we aren’t feeling super social. We also meal prep, so we only utilize the kitchen about 2x per week.
