Accommodation: Picture this: You’ll have your own cozy haven in one of our clean and smoke-free home. This room has a queen-sized bed plus a dresser, nightstand, desk, and chair waiting for you to make yourself at home. There’s a big closet, a nice size bright window and blinds + room darkening shades for when you want to keep the light out. And you’re welcome to play the digital piano. Bathroom is shared with just one other housemate.

Rent Details: Now, let’s talk about the good stuff: the rent! It’s just $700 a month, and guess what? All your utilities are just $100 including water, sewage, electrical, trash, and even super high-speed fiber internet. No hidden fees, no surprises. Plus optional Netflix, Max, Paramount+, Disney+, AppleTV, Hulu, and Prime Video if you want it.

House Rules: I believe in creating a harmonious living environment, so here are a few house rules: no smoking on the property, no pets, and we like to keep it peaceful between 11 pm and 8 am. Of course, we’re open to exceptions – after all, life is all about balance and communication.
