Lookin for 1 person to share this 3 bedroom apartment with me! Yes the apartment is 3 bedrooms and we could fill the 3rd room later on if we wanted the rent to be even lower but I am just looking for 1 right now! I’ve been in this apartment for 3 years and have lived with either 1 or 2 roommates so either work! Plus side to just 2 sharing this apartment is that each get their own bathroom! If we add another the bathroom in the hallway would be shared with the 3rd roommate as the 2nd bathroom is in the other bedroom.

The 3rd bedroom is used mostly for storage in the closet and office space at the moment. My current roomie works from home. And we workout in there! She will be leaving at the end of august.

The apartment is very spacious with 2 bathrooms. There is laundry in the unit and we have a dishwasher. There is a large kitchen and shared living room area. We have a private back porch/outside area. It’s nice to hang out there in the summer time!

Our landlord and his family live above us. They are lovely and are super responsive to any issues that arise. He will regularly change air filters in the apartment, we got a new dishwasher and fridge within the past year. They are just incredible.

There is street parking if you drive and it’s free. Just need to get a residency pass which is super simple. There is street cleaning every Thursday at 10am for 2 hours but it’s easy to manage and we just move to a neighboring street and go grab coffee and walk back to the apartment.

We have central air and we pay for electric and wifi only. We have almost all the streaming services so we don’t have cable.

We are a 7 minute walk away from the kingsland train station if you commute to Hoboken or the city. Approx 10 minute walk to the bus straight into port authority. And it’s about a 15/25 minute ride into the city depending on what route you take.

Looking for a female roommate, late 20’s to early 30’s. I work full time on 5th Avenue so I am out often. I am home in the evenings with Sundays off mostly and usually one day mid week off that changes. LGBTQ+ friendly! I love animals but sadly none are allowed here :( I am pretty laid back and easy going. I don’t mind if you have company over/staying over. I love Broadway and music so i love seeing live music and shows :)
