About the room
You will have access to 2 rooms, and 1 bath! The house is pretty spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet. About 15 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from UCF. I do have a really nice twin memory foam bed in the larger room. It’s on a wooden bed frame with drawers underneath. We can remove it if you want! The second room is small, but great as an office.
