Am looking for a roomate to rent a private room at an apartment I live at or take over my lease in Portales. Location is perfect for ENMU students or someone who commutes to work to Clovis as it is near ENMU, the post office, and Walmart/freeway. Private room has a bathroom and living room has kitchen for cooking. I will be mostly out of town so the place would be mostly yours and the electricity/internet would be on how much you use.
