Month to month lease and available to move in immediately! Private room for rent with shared bathroom (three rooms share this common bathroom, but other rooms are currently unoccupied). Room is unfurnished, but furnishings available if interested. Common spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry room) are furnished. All utilities are included: PGE, water, garbage, internet, sewage.

Great location! 5-10 minute drive from UOP, San Joaquin Delta college, Target, Walmart, Costco, and Weberstown and Sherwood malls. Plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

Requirements:

• No pets (but I have a small dog)
• No smoking inside (smoking outside ok)
• Proof of income/employment
• Roomies.com credit check and premium background check will be requested, but will be reimbursed if we sign a lease together

There is currently 1 male (29 years old) living in the master bedroom. I’m a working professional and I’m respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I keep to myself a majority of the time when I’m not working, but I’m also easy to talk to and happy to get know new people!
