Gated, quiet 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. You will have a bathroom across from your room, you have access to living room and kitchen. Apartment has full-size washer and dryer. No assigned parking but plenty of uncovered parking available. $950 covers your half of the rent as well as, utilities, internet, gym and pool. My neighbors are very quiet, I have had no issues with any of them. I don’t not allow smoking in the apartment or patio, if you smoke I ask that you take it to the parking lot.

I’m 29 year old, single mom of 3, my children stay with me 3-4 days out of the week. They are respectful and will respect your space. I work in mental health full time and work a lot. Im quiet, stay to myself and keep a very clean home.
