About the room
Hi everyone!
My roommates and I are looking for a female to move into a shared space available on Park Ave (right next to traffic circle). You would be rooming with another girl. It is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, with a room and a bathroom shared between 2 guys and the other room and bathroom would be shared between you and the other girl. The apartment already comes furnished, minus your space. But I’m sure there’s something we can work out. I am currently in the process of moving out and am selling some of my stuff (bed, desk, etc) if you’re interested in purchasing.
Must have a co-signer
Rent: $710
Utilities (Electricity & WiFi): ~$30-40
Parking: Street and 1 shared space
5 minute drive to CSULB or there are multiple bus stops around the corner (the dorm shuttle is also a 5 minute walk which takes you to campus for FREE)
Location: Traffic Circle (Vons and Ralph’s are the nearest grocery stores & there are multiple food places nearby such as Canes, In n Out, Pizza Hut, etc.)
About the roomies
They are all students attending CSULB. Everyone is very chill and laid back and everyone keeps to themselves
