We are looking for a roommate for a 11’x13’ room in a house located in Echo Park. $1400 a month + Utilities. Utilities average 70 dollars a month!
Washer / dryer in house Central A/C and heat 2 car Garage with driveway Backyard with fruit trees and garden Shared 4th room office -Large kitchen/living/dining room The property is great, and we all work together sharing chores to keep it clean and nice.
It’s also 3 min from Echo Park Lake, 7 min to DTLA, and 12 min to Silver Lake.
About the roomies
Hi there! I’m Katherine (she/her 33). I’m an engineer and work in film/entertainment. Andrew B. (He/Him 33) is also an engineer working in film/tech space. We are both nerds, and enjoy game nights, dinner parties, records and hanging out at home. Andrew is a great cook and I like to garden and woodwork.
I work from home 1-3 days a week. Andrew works from home about 1 day a week.
