About the room

The room is in a gated community near palm beach outlets. It has a front desk and a shared pool. There is a small workout area in the building. We would split fpl. I dont run it low, 75 at night and 79 during the day or if im home 77 or 76. Us splitting would be ~50. Water is included and wifi.

About the roomies

Im Shirley and I wake up early 530-630am and wind down around 8 or 9 pm. I dont have people over. Im pretty laid back and i think we should clean up after ourselves in shared areas like kitchen/dining areas. I’m usually gone most of the day or sometimes I work from home just varies. I have a cat and dog. Looking for another female roommate!
