The monthly rent is $1000, covering all expenses including the room, WiFi, and utilities. Our inviting 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse spans 3 floors, providing plenty of space to coexist comfortably. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate and only one wall with our neighbors.
