House is off the beach express on county road 12. Price listed is for a single person $800, couples will be $1,300 a month, deposit amount is the same $500. Rent and deposit must be paid in full at time of move in. Must work FULL TIME and show proof of employment and proof of income at the time of move in. Whatever day of the month you move in will be your rent due date each month. MUST BE OK WITH MY DOG and be considerate of her. If you don’t like dogs then please don’t contact me.
