Offering: A private quiet bedroom measures about 180 ft.²(13x14) with large built in closet, drawers, and hanging space, a medium sized east facing window. Just across the hall is your full private bathroom with built-in storage, a full shower and tub combo. Exclusive use of the covered carport since we use Paul’s next-door, and I no longer have a car.

The house has a lovely backyard and patio with some old growth, trees, and shade. it is located in a gated community, which is extremely well kept. There is a guard at the front gate making it a very safe environment. A modern community center is just a three minute walk from the house which includes year-round access to a heated, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym, game rooms, shuffleboard courts, and so much more. There is a wonderful community of people who are extremely friendly, social, and hold monthly community Events which you are welcome to join.

Rent is $700 a month and half of the monthly SRP bill. (I would take a $50 reduction in monthly rent in trade for common area cleaning. Our private bathrooms and bedrooms are each our own responsibility.) Moving costs include first month rent plus $700 damage deposit. Total $1400 Proof of income. Clear background check.

Hi my name is Nicole! I am a mature artist who moved from northern California eight years ago. I am a warm, open book, authentic person, but have my own full and private life.

I spend most of my time with my fiancé who lives next-door with our dog Queenie or with my sister who lives down the street. Only a couple of nights a week, do I take solo time at my house among my library of books, music, and art to rejuvenate; leaving the house, pretty exclusively to my roommate.

My fiancé, Paul and I cook and grill together at his place leaving the kitchen at my home (mostly)open for you. On occasion, family visits from California 2-3 times a year and we would all be cooking together then.
