You will receive a furnished room in a newly remodeled home in the Monte Bella neighborhood of Salinas.

The room includes:

• Queen sized bed
• Night stand
• Chest of drawers
• Book shelf
• Double closet
• Television
• Semi-private bath (all yours unless we have house guests)

Amenities/utilities include:

• Electric, gas, water and trash
• High speed internet
• Washer and dryer access
• On-property fire pit and hot tub

Move-in will be available February 1, 2024. We are reviewing applicants until January 24, 2024. First month’s rent ($1,000) and a security deposit ($500) will be due upon move-in.
