My partner and I are looking for a new roommate for our 2BR 2BA first-floor apartment. We have one bedroom and a private bathroom available immediately in south Durham near the Woodcroft shopping center. In-unit washer and dryer and brand-new kitchen appliances. Common spaces are fully furnished and include kitchen, dining room, living room, and porch. The windows and porch face the woods for a pretty view and plenty of natural light. From the apartment it’s 14 minutes to UNC and 15 minutes to Duke. There are several grocery stores within 5 minutes and the apartment complex is on the 805 bus line. There’s also plenty of parking spaces available. The neighborhood is quiet and features a playground, bark park, 24H gym, and pool. It also connects to several nearby trails.

About us: I’m a grad student in Romance Studies at UNC and my partner Dan works as a bartender in Durham. We enjoy staying in to watch movies or host game nights. We have a small dog and a cat, both very sweet. We’re looking for a grad student or young professional who is pet-friendly and generally respectful to others.
