Mary's room

Hi! My boyfriend, our dog, and I live here and we’re looking to rent our spare room out. The room does have a bed in it, but can be removed if it’s not needed. Bathroom and other living spaces is shared. Base rent is 750 and half the electric. Which normally isn’t over 50$ per person. So you’re looking at 750-800 at most depending on electric. All other utilities are included including WiFi.

There is a washer dryer unit that are our personal ones I bought and you’re free to use.

We are not asking a security deposit, just that you keep common areas clean and pay your rent by the 1st every month. You would be required to be added to the lease. So, we’re looking for someone that’s looking to stay 6-12 month

We’re open to couples, and about anyone. As I have a dog, we prefer no more animals but would consider cats as my dog is super iffy about other dogs. My boyfriend is stationed here, and I work for Costal Kia in their detail department. We both stick to ourselves normally but can be social if you want to be!
