The apartment complex is nice for the price and the location is convenient for for students and workers in the area. The larger bedroom is taken but the occupant is very laid back and amenable. So you would be looking at possibly sharing a bathroom if both the smaller bedrooms are filled.

Church-going, community-serving type who would be a good roommate for anyone other than a major party type. I’ve been Will’s roommate for three years and the absolute worst thing I could say about him is that he can be a little messy at times. He works as an engineer in sprinkler design.
