Nicole's room

I have a 3 bed 2 bath single family home with a long driveway and a huge backyard. I have been living here for 9 years. It’s a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. I have a single unfurnished room available. The bathroom will be shared with my son when he’s home. You will have access to the rest of the home (living room, kitchen, and dining room)except the other bedrooms.

It’s just me and my son, who is only in the home half the week because he stays with his dad the other half. I am pretty easygoing and laid back. Just looking for a roomie who can help out with the yard and keeping the home tidy. We do have a small dog, but she leaves with my son, so she’s only home half the week also.
