3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a bedroom for rent. The bedroom comes with access to a shared full bathroom with a shower /tub combo, kitchen, living room, family room, large covered patio, landscaped front and back yard and connected garage. The yards are managed by a weekly service. There is 1 friendly dog. Rent is $750 per month plus 1/3 of the utilities. Deposit is $500. Rental period will be month to month but I am looking for someone who wants to come and stay for an extended period of time.

There are 2 roomies. 1 has the master bedroom/master bathroom. She is retired, mellow, and a good soul. She has a friendly dog. The other roomie has a regular bedroom with a shared full bathroom. She is retired, mellow, and a good soul. They are both quiet and respectful of each other, their space, and their things.
