The home is newly built in Southwest Atlanta. The room features a private master bedroom, closet, and a private bathroom—a shared kitchen with a dining table in the living room. The room is located upstairs on the second floor, and the property comes with a washer and dryer. The room is not furnished. You are welcome to make it your own space! The area is full of locals; they do not necessarily bother you, but you will see them meandering around. Parking is quite limited but on the street.
A roommate downstairs works and is typically on the road quite often. There is another roommate who is disabled, so he is usually home.
