Donna's room

Short term rental. This room is available for 2 months beginning March 1st. All rooms are complete with a queen bed and bedding, dressers, nightstand, lamp, mirror, TV (no cable), and a large closet. A large bathroom is next to each bedroom. All utilities included. Use of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large wrap around porch, and inground pool. Located in a beautiful, peaceful setting convenient to shopping , gyms, and restaurants. We are seeking a quiet, single, professional individual. Rental application and agreement required. No smoking/tobacco products, drugs, or drama.

My husband and I are very quiet people who both work from home. The house is a very large 7 bedroom home. We keep a clean house and prefer our tenants do too. We do have two large dogs who are friendly.
