Accepting applications for a furnished bedroom available for rent in large owner occupied house in Greencastle PA. Large bedroom complete with a queen bed and bedding, dressers, nightstand, lamp, and a large closet. A large bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom. All utilities are included. You have use of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, large wrap around porch, and inground pool. Located in a beautiful, peaceful setting convenient to shopping , gyms, and restaurants. We are seeking a quiet, single, working professional individual. No couples. Background check, Rental application and agreement required. No smoking/tobacco products, drugs, or drama.
About the roomies
My husband and I are very quiet people who work from home. The house is a very large 6 bedroom home. We keep a clean house and prefer our tenants do too. We do have two large dogs who are friendly.
