The room is very large and has one King size bed and private bathroom ., ac/heat central, laundry room dryer and washer, and full appliances, garbage service provided and well water and septic system and off street parking. A very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Large fenced yard. only cigarettes’ smoking allowed outside of home. First and last and cleaning deposit. one small pet allowed and no fee application and roommate agreement, and background check, with referrals. at least 6 months minimum stay and and one year of employment with proof of income.
About the roomies
I am a working professional and travel frequently and on property once a month. I am a very clean and neat person and have no pets, and I am seeking only one roommate at this time to share this home. I travel a lot and and come home once a month for a few days.
