Hi everyone!! I’m trying to sublease my room at Campus Crossings on Alafaya starting at the beginning of March (move in can be sooner if need be). The lease goes until July 31st with an option to renew if you want to. The base rent per month is $740 and does not include utilities. I’m moving out of state for my Master’s program and need someone to take over ASAP. This apartment complex is gated. I have 3 other lovely female roommates. This unit is also pet friendly. The unit is completely furnished with an in unit washer/dryer. There are two pools on site and a fitness area. There are 3.5 bathrooms and plenty of space in the kitchen. There is also a shuttle stop here to UCF’s campus and an area where you can securely pickup your mail. Lastly, there’s a study area room as well as a tanning bed area next to the study room. I’m currently going for my Masters in Psychology! My roommates are all in the health care field/in school. Everyone is very friendly and keeps the areas around the apartment clean. The unit stays relatively quiet since we’re all super busy, but my roommates are also social with one another when they have down time.
