This is a recently purchased townhome room for rent that has a nice shared bathroom, utilities included, and internet access. There’s also plenty of designated storage space and a concrete patio. Tenant must be dog friendly. There’s already a friendly dog on the property. However no other pets are allowed that must leave the tenants room.
