Alpine Trail Road

Located in the Alpine Heights neighborhood of Alpine. Alpine is located off of I-8 in the eastern part of San Diego County. You can be at the beach in 40 minutes or in the snow in 30. The home is on 2 acres of property and room has private entrance through the backyard. The room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Shared use of common areas; family room, living room, kitchen, laundry, pool and patio is included. Roomie will be responsible for 1/4 of monthly electric bill (amount varies by season).

The house is shared with me and another roommate who occupies a room on the 2nd floor. I have 2 small dogs, who can be a bit yappy on occasion. A 3rd small dog would be ok. It’s not a party location but I occasionally have friends over and I do host at least 1 pool party in the summer months. Illegal drugs or paraphernalia are not used or permitted in the house.

I would prefer a gay male or a male gay friendly roommate.
