The house is a 2 story, almost new, really cute 3 bed, 2 bath with 1650 square feet. The Bedroom is 2nd floor. not furnished but would furnish for the right roommate. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Also a community pool. Half utilities each month. !Looking for 25-30 something professional female!

I am a 30 something woman who doesn’t smoke, doesn’t drink. I eat, sleep, work and attend school. I am easy going, like to bake and go to church and relax in front of the tv. there will not be additional roommates. No pets because I occasionally babysit my parent’s french bulldog. She is friendly.
