Also includes private porch. Spacious bedroom with shades and decent size closet. 800$ a month, utilities not included in rent. Internet is 30$, electric varies between seasons. And heat also varies between seasons.( we all split bills between electric heat and internet)

We have 2 precious cats! Plenty of toys and cat towers. My boy would love to have another playful kitty of you have one : ) Our babies are loved and spoiled rotten!

I am a very shy, quiet introvert. I spend most of my time in my room with my 2 cats, Marnie and Shiro. I am a video gamer and Anime nerd. I am a VERY clean person. My 2 cats are very respectful kitties. Marnie is extremely shy and timid and keeps to herself and my boy Shiro is shy at first but opens up very quickly and when he does he loves to play, talk your ear off and is a big snuggle bug! They are very well behaved cats.

Atlas, My husband is an extrovert and an artist. His passion is art, anime and cosplaying, He enjoys art museums, drawing, painting, digital art etc. He is also a very quiet and respectful person but does not mind being a social person.

We are looking for someone who is also quiet, respectful and VERY clean! Cats and other animals are okay. ( unfortunately no dogs. Our cats don’t like dogs…) Smoking is okay unless it is outside on the private porch. My kitty Shiro has asthma and can’t be around essential oils, insense, and smoke.
