Mark's room

The house is located on Lake Tuscaloosa. Your room will be located on the North end of the house. We share a kitchen, but each have our own bathroom. There is a large spare room on that end of the house that can be used as a private den/living room.

We are 25 and 22 year old males that are in the restaurant management industry. We both drink socially and are non-smokers. The house is quiet and we never host parties and seldom have guests over. I work and travel often. My roommate does have a large dog, but she is friendly and stays behind a gate on the south end of the home.

I am looking for someone to occupy the room from February-August. Ideally someone who is in their 20s and is working full-time or in graduate school.
