hi! my roommate, Chitra, is subleasing her room at centerview at crossroads from march 1 - august! super close to walnut creek target, trader joe’s, crossroads mall and and NCSU/downtown raleigh and perfect for spring/summer internships in raleigh/rtp area. fully furnished three bedroom apartment with huge kitchen, double sink bathroom, living room, fireplace, private balcony, and FREE parking for yourself and visitors(!!). the bedroom does not come furnished, so you would need to bring your own bed/dresser/etc. trying to find someone to sublease asap as my roommate is moving out of state so if you’re interested or want more deets pls pls lmk!! 🫶 rent is around 670 per month plus around 30 for utilities/electric. apt complex has super nice gym that’s open 24/7 and pool and many other amenities! My roommate, Amber, and I (Sadhana) are recent grads of NC State and are both currently working full time. Amber is a biological engineer and I work at a veterinary hospital as a veterinary assistant. We’re both very down to earth and pretty chill people that like to keep the place clean but aren’t overly strict about it. Both of us occasionally have friends over and also spend a decent amount of time out of the apartment. We like to have fun but also really enjoy calm nights in.
