Jalen's room

The room for rent is on the second floor. It’s very spacious and comes with a large closet and a full bathroom that is shared with the other tenant.

My wife and I are pretty laid back. The kitchen and laundry are shared spaces. Overnight guests are not permitted. We want everyone to feel safe in their place of residence and have a sense of routine and familiarity when they are home. We implement “quiet hours” during the week from 8pm-8am. This makes sure that everyone is considerate. It is up to each individual to clean up after themselves. We all help to keep common areas clean and tidy. Renters insurance is required.
