Pennsylvania Avenue

I found this apartment for rent in downtown Westminster. It is 1500 a month with a 1000 deposit that goes towards first months rent (would be 750 a month if split between us). Utilities aren’t included so tenant is responsible for water/sewage and electrical (not expected to be more than 200 a month). It is super great location and right in front of the community park and in walking distance to everything. It is month to month rent, but I only plan on being there from 6-9 months. You may stay there if you like after I leave but will probably have to find another roommate. Looking to move in by February, possibly March.

I am looking for a younger female that has a steady job and is ready to move! I am a 21 F and work at a local restaurant downtown as well as an internship I go to weekly in Fredrick. I’m hardworking and am looking to move out of the house im in right now. I have a busy schedule and am pretty independent but I do know how to have fun and am very down to earth. I just graduated with my associates in art so I travel a lot but love reading and anything music. I am looking to move downtown only until next fall, as I’m moving after that and have had trouble since most places require a year lease.
