This not just a room it is a whole floor with three rooms and one bathroom all privately yours. another roommate has the same situation downstairs. the kitchen is shared and there is a shared Livingroom. I have bedroom furniture, a couch and love seat (in one room), and a Desk (in another room) if you would like them. if you want to use/have your own furniture that is fine. Huge back yard. tenant downstairs has two little dogs. Very much a nature lover kind of place. Quiet. Lake pocotopaug is down the street. All utilities are included, heat, water, electricity, WIFI. All you pay for is rent. Furniture in master is NOT the furniture that is included.

The women that live on the property is a nurse. Has two little dogs. Is quiet and a very nice easy-going person. We are looking for the same kind of person in a tenant.
