I have 2 bedrooms (with a lock on all bedroom doors) available for rent in my house in East Austin (Manor). I am hoping to find someone(s) to sign a lease for 6 months that can be renewed before it ends. Here are some details:

Rent = 1000/month, utilities separate (typically around $100-150). Utilities like water & trash by the same service, electric, and Spectrum (internet). $400 move-in deposit that will be refundable upon move-out pending no damages.

Pets = This is a PET-FREE household fortunately/unfortunately.

2 Single unfurnished bedrooms, although I do have a bed mattress that I could give access to for use. You would have a bathroom shared between the 2 rooms, but please note that there is a spacious guest half-bathroom, so you wouldn’t have to worry about guests in your shared bathroom. The guest bathroom isn’t reserved just for guests as it is conveniently downstairs for lazy movie nights in, lol. Home is fully furnished, including kitchen appliances, kitchen tools and utensils, and laundry. Please feel free to bring your pots and other kitchen utensils though.

Having your own transportation is ideal because we don’t have easy access to public transit in our area.

Neighborhood = Located in East Austin; Manor. We are approximately 20-30 minutes from north, central or south Austin; i.e. Domain, Texas Farmer’s Market, HEB, Walmart. You will have access to the community pool and playgrounds as well as the nearby walking trails.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom. My home concept is open living and dining room with plenty natural lightening. 65“ Samsung TV in the living room and a large backyard. SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY.

Myself = I have been in Austin for 4 years. I mainly work at my office, enjoy the outdoors, good times with friends, cooking at home, dancing, and general merriment. I take care of my plants, enjoy game nights (I am trying to get into video games), crocheting, and quiet movie nights at home. I occasionally have friends or family over, and of course I/we’ll be respectful of your time and schedule.

Home = I am a very clean person, minimalistic. I am especially conscious of a clean and tidy shared living space and kitchen. I would like to maintain a very clean environment and would love to have a roommate who shares the same goal/mindset.
