There is a convection/toaster/air fryer oven, hot plate, pots/pan & utensils. Room in the yard for a surfboard or bicycle. This unit is best suited for a male occupant. $1400 plus $100 utilities. Pet is negotiable prior to signing 6 month lease.

The owner lives on the property along with a 24-year-old male roommate. We are friendly and welcoming and want people to have an enjoyable time. This is not a party house, and there is no smoking on the property.
