Hi everyone!

I am looking for someone to sub-lease my apartment in Nutley, NJ. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to the Health Sciences Campus and an easy 25 minute drive to SHU main campus. Also in proximity to Montclair State, Bloomfield College, and Rutgers Newark. Located super close to the Parkway.

The lease ends in May 2024. There is a 1,500 security deposit. Will need proof of citizenship, background check, and proof of income. Gas, Electric and Heat are all included. Monthly utilities usually runs about $50-70 split between both personnel (wifi/water). There is coin laundry available (1.25/wash and .25/15 mins for the dryer). There is also a storage unit available. A parking spot is available. Located right next to a bus stop for easy transportation if you don’t have a car. 2 bed/1 bath.

It is a 2 bed 1 bath. The other room is already filled with a college student (age 21) who is bilingual (spanish/english) and super clean. Would prefer those interested to be female.

Since I am moving across the country, I am able to leave the apartment furnished with whatever you see that you like! Prices of items open for bargaining. Items include: bed frame (less than a year old), mattress (1 year old), desk, side table, dresser (from FB marketplace, minor water damage on top but a ton of storage) AC Unit (almost 2 years old, connects via bluetooth to phone and has a remote).

The room is quite large with a ton of closet space and storage that doubles as a giant full length mirror.
