I am an engineer working for a tech company. I will be going on a travel assignment starting on Mar 15th and will be visiting home once every 4 months for 1-2 days, but will not be staying in the house. I currently have a roommate, he is chemist who works from 7am-7:30pm M-F. He leaves early in the AM and is not home all day except after he gets off work to sleep. He usually goes straight home to his family on Fridays so he’s not at home from Fri-Sun. He doesn’t cook and has his own private restroom. The majority of the time you will have the whole house for yourself. He is professional, respectful and very clean. I would like to find a roommate with similar qualities and that would also respect and take care of my home.
