Marianne's room

The apartment is very spacious and has a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. It’s located on the first floor which is nice because there are no neighbors underneath to disturb by walking too hard. It has a patio area and a storage closet outside. The room listed is the one closest to the balcony which is nice for if you or a pet go outside often. There is a large main window in the room that keeps it very well lit, and has a wide windowsill, both of which are perfect for indoor plants. The room is very spacious and comfortably fits my bed, desk area with rug, cosy chair and table, and a tv and arts and crafts area. The bathroom is spacious as well and has a walk-in closet. The complex is great, it’s newly renovated, maintenance never takes too long, parking is not assigned and is always available, and there’s a community gym and pool included with rent. The location is great too, Vinings is a great area with a lot to do, very close to Cumberland mall and the Battery, anywhere I go is usually a five to fifteen minute drive.

I’m Marianne and I’m a tattoo artist and babysitter, my roommate Gina is a senior case manager at a law firm. The room listed is my room, our lease ends in July so would be looking for someone to take over my lease until then, not sure yet if my roommate plans to resign. Unfortunately I will be moving back to my parent’s house to help take care of my dad who got sick unexpectedly. My roommate is super chill and easy going, very clean and quiet, never leaves dishes in the sink or stuff in the common areas. She works from home, usually in her room or the living room, but if you need space or quiet time she has no problem working from her room. Our doors are fairly soundproof so it can definitely feel like you’re home alone if you want it to. She’s very friendly and we definitely curl up on the couch to watch tv and chat, but we have no problem with alone time as well. We are 420 friendly if that matters to you when choosing a roommate lol.
