All utilities are included- water, internet, gas, electricity. Fully furnished. Washer and Dryer in unit. Street parking available but recommend using 3rd Party parking for monthly parking. Security cameras in and around building.
No criminal or illegal activity tolerated! No animals of any kind! You may be renting with another traveling professional. Must be open to possibly rooming with male or female.
Background check, proof of income and proof of income required. $40 non refundable
Security Deposit(choose one): REDUCED RATE of $700. Please understand if you choose this special, deposit is nonrefundable due to lesser amount chosen to secure the space.
REGULAR RATE of $1200. Traditional- applicable items can be deducted from this amount (damages, cleaning fee, etc).

I travel for work personally and I rent out my home to traveling professionals. You will be sharing the apartment with traveling professionals working in RVA (Male or female).
