Looking for a responsible, HONEST, roommate. Room to rent, shared bath, bed and tv in your room. Small patio w/ turf if you have a pet. You will be expected to pickup up after your pet. I have a dog as well that will need to meet your pet to make sure they get along. I smoke. Single 52 yr old female. I need 2 months bank statements and no one w/ a felony conviction. You have covered parking spot (not a garage), community pool.
About the roomies
