Two bedroom downstairs unit perfect for work from home in Kent! Comes with your own living room, all furniture pictured, a private entrance and bathroom, laundry, a patio, deck, backyard, and all sorts of other cool stuff. The house is a three-story split-level. You’ll be on the ground floor, the middle floor is another living room and the kitchen, and I live in the upstairs (there is also a guest room). No cats unfortunately (I’m allergic sadly) but dogs will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Would prefer one roommate but open to couples if the fit is right! Property is owned by my family but managed by me, so any issues are only a walk upstairs away from being solved!

My name is Alex! By day I work at UW Medicine in Seattle and by night/weekend I’m a freelance football journalist (which is why there are so many TVs in the house, lol). My work keeps me either out of the house or upstairs in my office most of the time, so you’ll have the place to yourself most days. Occasionally I’ll have people over because most of my friends from college still live in the area, but any events or anything will always be communicated ahead of time!
