This is a two story, two bedroom, two bath, non-shotgun near the Tchoup Yard bar. The house is furnished but the room is empty. Common areas are downstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have separate staircases for extra privacy. The room for rent is loft-like and above the kitchen. Vaulted ceiling and full closet. Three windows offer lots of light. Downstairs are the double parlor, foyer, kitchen and guest bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is for roommate’s use. You can decorate it as you please.

Seeking a responsible, adultish person who pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves and can communicate effectively. A job is required. Such high standards! Looking for at least 6 month commitment. I have a cat so regrets but no more pets.
