88 year old Mother In Law lives in the house with her very friendly Dog. My wife and I visit about twice a week and other siblings and friends are in and out.

Someone who works during the day and spends evenings at the house is the perfect scenario but all is workable.

I don’t have internet hooked up, only cable, but I can have internet installed.

Bedroom is furnished and I put a window A/C unit for setting your own preference.

I am the Son in Law and between my wife and I we are there once or twice a week. I take care of all medicine and finances and one of her Sons takes care of maintenance and repairs.

There is another daughter living in Beaufort that visits weekly and a daughter in Asheville that comes down occasionally, like for her Birthday in February.

My Mother In Law does not drive and at 88 will try and talk people into taking her places and doing things but that’s not required or expected. We will take care of that.

She is also healthy as a Bull and does not need help there.

This is just to find her a roommate for having someone using the room and giving her a little extra money. Price set low because I want this to be a win-win.

Dogs welcome. She doesn’t like cats. The dog would obviously have to get along with hers. It’s a type of poodle. Very friendly.
