Open and spacious on the 2nd floor, with beautiful natural light in the morning and evening. parking and backyard are shared with upstairs and downstairs neighbors(both of whom are very kind). Due to the age of the home, there is no AC, but windows can open and are screened to allow nice summer breezes. Please note that the bedroom is furnished in the photos, but you will need your furniture. Pictured in the room is a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf. the room measurements are about 12 ft*11.75 ft. The closet is spacious and has built-in handing spots for jackets/towels. The room gets a lot of light in the early morning but doesnβt face the street. Yale Students/ affiliates prefered.
About the roomies
I am a first-year PhD student at Yale studying neuroscience. I am originally from North Carolina and I spend most of my time in a lab or doing school-related things. In my free time, I am either with friends or in my own space with music or Netflix.
