Presley's room

The bedroom comes unfurnished or can be furnished with a queen bed for $100 more monthly. I have a room for rent in my 4-bedroom house in Serra Mesa. I am looking for a working professional, non-smoker between 27-45 years of age, single (no couples) & no pets (no exceptions). This is my own home so it is fully furnished, I have a housekeeper come once a month for deep cleaning, plenty of street parking, a washer and dryer, and I have great neighbors. You will be sharing this bathroom with another roommate. The house is within 9 miles to the beach, 5 miles and under to SDSU, Kaiser off Zion, Rady Children’s Hospital and right next to Mission Valley/ Fashion Valley malls.

I hope I can find someone who is a fun and respectable working adult, preferably another traveling nurse or contract project engineer. I’m open to month-to-month with a minimum 5-7-month contract if needed.

About me- I am 33 female, I WFH half of the week, like to be outdoors, love a clean house, I like to laugh and socialize, but enjoy my alone time. I am in one of the pictures. Currently, I have a roommate who is a traveling nurse and will be leaving for the next city on Jan 31. so the room will be available in February. 1. I do also have 2 smallish dogs (40lb and under) in the house that are well-behaved and quiet. I clean a lot of the week so you would not know there are dogs except for seeing the dog beds throughout the house. My neighbors are family-oriented making this a quiet neighborhood with some kids playing basketball in the street. If you’re interested let me know and we can schedule a time to come see the place.
